Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using My Project Pal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

My Project Pal provides photo-based quality control reviews for home remodeling projects. Qualified reviewers examine photos you submit and provide guidance on potential issues.

Important Limitations

Expert reviews provide general guidance based on the photos and information you submit. They do not replace in-person inspections, licensed contractor evaluations, or professional engineering assessments. My Project Pal is not liable for decisions made based on review feedback.

Credits & Payments

  • Review credits are purchased in advance via Stripe
  • One credit is consumed per submitted review
  • Credits are non-transferable between projects
  • Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and clear photos
  • Do not upload content that violates any laws
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service for its intended purpose only

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. By submitting content for review, you grant My Project Pal a limited license to use it solely for providing the review service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Unused credits are not refundable upon voluntary termination.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
